Story

An exceptional blend of coffees from a trio of women producers in the Huila region of Colombia - Ana Miriam Muniz, Sandra Rivera, and Lorena Munoz Castro. Our friends over at Amar Café Global worked hard in sourcing these coffees directly from the producers, selecting Castillo, Caturro and Pink Bourbon microlots that combine for a flavour profile characteristic of the region. At the same time, Amar have invested time and effort in establishing diverse training projects, working with producers to help maximise the potential of their coffees.

Method

Longer filter brewing methods are perfect for highlighting the complexity of this coffee. Also makes a deliciously sweet espresso.
