Shipping policy

Local Pickup (on applicable products)

You can collect your order free of charge (coffee only) from our shop in Haddenham. Your items will usually be ready to collect within 24 hours of you placing your order. You will receive notification of when it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email with you. The address is: Mode Coffee Roasting Ltd, Unit 5, Bradmoor Farm, Haddenham, HP17 8JX

Local Delivery

We offer free Local Delivery for coffee only within 5 miles of our shop address: Mode Coffee Roasters, Unit 5, Bradmoor Farm, Haddenham, HP17 8JX.  If you don't see the Local Delivery option at checkout after entering your delivery address then unfortunately we don't offer Local Delivery to you yet.

Standard and Express Delivery

We offer nationwide standard and express royal mail  delivery to all our customers in England, Wales and Scotland. If your order is under £25 then the standard delivery charge is £2.99 and the express option is £3.69.  If your order is over £25 then delivery is free. 

EU Delivery

We don't currently offer delivery to the EU.

International Delivery

We don't currently offer International delivery.
